My Morning Beat Down....

Ever since we got our dog Luna,
I have been awoken to a dog clawing at my door knob and barking at my door,
which is then followed by her getting into the room and her jumping on my head until I am screaming at her and covering my face with my pillow.
squished between pillows
*She just looks all innocent...this is not the case....
Let me tell you this, It is by no means a pleasant way to start the day.
So every morning around the same time.... I get abused...
Is it fair...No.
But whatever I deal....
In other News.... absolutely nothing is going on in my life.
Lets see what else I can blabber on about...
I hate paying for things with cash sometimes. For example, Today I had to go to the store to return something I purchased, and for the life of me I could not find the Receipt.
So I was all like "Whatever, I bought it using my credit card so it should just show up on the card" So I get to the store and I'm all like " Hello, I would like to return this item that I purchased from your store. I don't have the receipt with me but I do have the card I purchased it with"
So I give her the card and she all like " are you sure it was this card" and I said " Yeah, I'm pretty sure that was the one" at this point in time I am beginning to doubt myself.
(*Inner Dialogue* " Did I use that card, I'm almost positive I did, Why wouldn't I have... I use it for everything else...To get gas, eating out, buying groceries...Hmmmm...")
Then it clicks...Wait I paid for it in cash!?!
So I expressed this to the cashier and she said " Well, I'm going to have to give you store Credit" Ok is it just me or is this a scam....
Because I paid cash I get screwed over, If I would have used my card I would have been able to just get my money back but because I used cash I have to get store credit which I can't use anywhere else....Is it me or is that really messed up.
I was thinking about it and it kind of bothered me the more I thought about it.
I mean think of it this way...what if I never shopped at this store and the only thing I wanted was the product that I purchased. Now once I got the product it was unsatisfactory and I wanted to return it. There is nothing else in the store that I want. Now I am stuck with this store credit for a store that I have no Interest in...
This has gone too far.
*Side note* Is it just me or am I really fond of the"...'s" tonight

Snow White... has nothing on me...

Snow White
Snow White,
originally uploaded by Fairyflames4.
Well in my boredom, I make up photo shoots in my head. So One day I was eating Chicken with some cut up apple slices
(you wouldnt think this taste good but it does.) and i was looking at one of the apples I bought and said to my self why don't I do a snow white themed photo shoot?..... So i got all snazzy and grabbed my apple and this is one of the pic's. It's totally my Fave! I feel like I really captured Snow white. I think I might do all the Farytales... but then again that could just be a passing thought....

I went to bed with a shirt and woke up without one.

SO I haven't been doing much lately, I have been a lazy bum and super boring....

Crocheting has taken a large chunk of my days and I have been gathering more and more patterns online.

I have also been taking Knitting classes, I think I'm getting better, I found this Pattern online for the mittens Bella wears in Twilight but I'm not good enough to make them yet....

.....and today I bought Socks!!
I am like totally in love with this website:

They have every sock you can Imagine, and lately I have been into OTK's (over the knee) Socks.
So I bought 3 pairs today....Don't Judge...
1. Rainbow!!!!
2. These are Obasic's, the color is called Natural but their just Beige in my eyes but I like them!
3. These are the Long Cuffable Scrunchable Socks, I love the Color!

Sometimes you just can't help it.......

Side note* My sister was in the car with me and randomly asked me If I would ever set a hobo on fire.... To which I stared at her with a quizical glance....and then replied "...No... Would you?...." To which she said " Maybe ....it might be funny" What is wrong with her......!

Cupcake Conundrum...

I have been ruined.
Once you have the perfect something its hard to turn back and settle for mediocre.
What has ruined me you ask.....Lulu's Cupcakes.
I absolutely love their Cupcakes..
If you ask me they are perfect in my eyes.
They are moist and the frosting is a smooth butter cream that is sin worthy.
I have probably mentioned them before briefly, today was one of those days I was really digging one. So I hopped into my car for the quick drive to scarsdale, Only to be met by a closed sign. Unbeknownst to me they are closed Monday's and Tuesday.
I have to say at that moment I was slightly crushed, But I quickly recovered and remembered a bakery my mother hand told me about in Westchester. So I hopped back into my car and drove to this other bakery.
Well I was very disappointed with my cupcake purchase.
The cupcake was hard, dry and lemony (It was supposed to be vanilla) and the frosting was a lump on top(tumor like in appearance) and it had some sort of chocolate ganache on it with a cherry stuck in it.
It kind of reminded me of the sword in the stone.
The cherry was kind of dry as well, it kind of looked like it had been stabbed at a couple of times to get it out of the jar.

The Cupcake in Question....
Needless to say I will be sticking with Lulu's they haven't steered me wrong yet.
Their Cakes, Cupcakes and other scrumptious treats leave their competitors in the dust.
They have something for everyone.
I will post a Lulu's Cupcake picture soon and if your interested in getting your own Lulu's Cupcake, Here's a link to their website everythinglulu.com
Talk to everyone soon!

Why Harold! That was your last date!

I was flicking through the channels on T.V and I happened to come across Harold and Maude, I forget what an awesome movie it is. It's full of my morbid sense of humor.
I have my friend Jessica to thank for introducing me to it.
Lately I have been considering joining some sort of sports team in the local area maybe Lacrosse or something but they seem to be few and far between, And knowing the way I am, Its a fleeting thought.
I feel like making a list.
Considering I'm listening to my IPod at the moment.
How about the songs I'm listening to most at the Moment.
(In no particular order)
  1. I love College - Asher Roth
  2. Miserable at best - Mayday Parade
  3. Curse of curves - Cute is what we aim for
  4. My life would suck without you - Kelly Clarkson
  5. Broken Strings - James Morrison
  6. Homecoming -Hey Monday
  7. Here it goes - Jimmy Eat World
  8. Desolation Row - My Chemical Romance
  9. I will play my game beneath the spin light -Brand New
  10. Alone in this bed (Capeside) -Framing Hanley
OK This is going to be a short one tonight, I'm off to sleep!
Night everyone!
*Side Note* I'm starting to think that flowers die lonely. Who takes the time to talk to them or give them motivation?

I went all M.I.A....all I wanna do is go bang bang bang and a boom and take ur money.... just kidding!

Wow I can't believe I haven't written in here in almost a month.
Let see what have you missed....
Trip to Ireland was fantastic!!! I even got a new Diabolo.... like I needed a new one.
Its an orange and green millennium.
I have to start taking juggling classes again, I need to master the Diabolo its like one of those life goals.
While in Ireland I went to the The Jameson Dublin International Film Festival.
That was lovely, I saw a movie with Chris O'Dowd in it called Frequently Asked Questions About Time Travel
He is like one of my favorite Irish actors, He plays Roy in an English television show called the I.T. Crowd.
Here's a little about Chris O'Dowd and his character Roy that I found online:
"The smiling face of the I.T. Department, Roy's spiky personality ensures he'll always be kept away from normal people as long as possible.
He's king of the basement, indulging his love of comic books, fast food, computer games and random arguments with his best friend, Moss.
Chris O'Dowd's biggest claim to fame is his collection of Yorkie wrappers - over 1000 at the last count. Outside of his passion for hearty chocolate bars, Chris has appeared in Mike Leigh's Vera Drake, Red Cap and the award-winning docu-drama, The Year London Blew Up.
Back home in Ireland, Chris also starred in two series of the RTE-produced drama The Clinic, as well as in the drama Showbands alongside Kerry Katona"
It's a really funny show but you would probably only get some of the jokes if your not on the nerdy side. A great show none the less.
I saw another movie at JDIFF, I was called Synecdoche, New York.
I can easily say this was the worst movie I have ever seen in my existence on this planet, and I have seen a lot of movies.
Their are people out there saying that this movie was genius, to you I say these people must be out of their minds!
I'm done talking about this movie and I am now moving on with my life.
Ok, so I get home after my week away, there was a lot of love flowing about my house.
What can I say I'm miss able. The week end rolls around and I wake up like it was any other Saturday morning.
I was on the couch watching T.V and our dog Luna starts barking like crazy, So I wander over to the window and I see a dog wandering onto our driveway.
Being the animal lover that I am, I went to the door to see if the dog had any tags or anything.
As I open the door and put it so it was slightly open but closed enough so that Luna wouldn't get out.
Luna jumps on the door and closes it behind me. I was locked outside of the house with a strange dog for like 20Min's till I gave up trying to get into the house, and went to our crazy neighbors next door and I asked to use their phone to call my mothers cell.
My mother told me that she was at the gym and couldn't come home to get me, so she sent my father.
End of story goes dog had no tag, I called the ASPCA and they came to pick her up.
so at least now she is being well taken care of now. YAY happy ending.
*Side note: I think I'm going to talk about Rob Dyrdek in my next blog...
