So I know I you guys must be sick of me going on and on about Say Anything,
and I can not promise that this will be the last Say Anything post
but I will try and tone it down.
^_^
So I felt compelled to post this video that I found of Max Bemis from Say Anything preforming
an acoustic version of "Crushed" from their new album.
Enjoy!

A series of Statements.. some of a Question-like nature:
So I haven't gone skating in a few weeks and that kinda bums me out.
Why do the snow plow people feel the necessity to ruin my life?
Christmas is kind of overwhelming me... I am so behind...
Do you think Santa has to shovel snow?
Breakfast was really good this morning
This snow storm killed my plans last night...so Bummy.
I want to go to target today. I have some things I need to return.
If I want to go to Target I have to shovel out my car
I don't really want to shovel out my car...
I wish my car had a feature that melted snow off of it. That would be cool
Ughh...
Side note* I really like snow I just wish my car is a truck in this kind of weather..
Update: I posted pictures from the November Say Anything Concert on my Flickr. Check it out

What if I'm not what you think....I am...?

I went to my cousin Andrews Show tonight, the gig was at The Trash Bar the band is called "Born without a spine".

It was good but if you ask my cousin he would tell you that and I quote
"The worst the bands ever played".
I beg to differ.
Well anyway... lots of things to tell you ...
I don't think I have discussed my deep love for Ingrid Michaelson.
I have been listening to her non-stop.
My dad has threatened my life about 3 times already...
But I will not be silenced!

The song I have been listening to most is "Giving up". It's so great.
It's basically telling a story of a girl that's is a pessimistic and is overflowing with
What ifs and doubts about everything that she does and the people that surround her.
But for the one she loves she is going to give up all the what ifs.

Here are the lyrics:
What if we stop having a ball?
What if the paint chips from the wall?
What if there's always cups in the sink?
What if I'm not what you think I am?
What if I fall further than you?
What if you dream of somebody new?
What if I never let you win, chase you with a rolling pin?
Well what if I do?
I am giving up on making passes
and I am giving up on half empty glasses
and I am giving up on greener grasses
I am giving up
What if our baby comes home after nine?
What it your eyes close before mine?
What if you lose yourself sometimes?
Then I'll be the one to find you Safe in my heart
I am giving up on making passes and
I am giving up on half empty glasses and
I am giving up on greener grasses
I am giving up.
Amazing right,
It just makes me realize I have to stop living my life through what ifs and just do it.
What ifs just hold you back from things that you know you want to do,
This song made me realize that society makes you ask yourself questions that don't necessarily have to be asked.
I'm going to stop what ifing my self!

*Side note* While writing this post I got a bloody nose...

Yay for updates!

Finally got around to updating my blog,
When things are the same for too long I get tired of looking at it.
So right this very second I am listening to music and feeling inspired.

So inspired that I had a photoshoot today!
So like a week ago I made a hat with Dinosaur spikes and I got his Idea for a picture.

So out of all the ones that I took I picked my favorite and here it is....
Lol just looking at it makes me want to say RAWR!
and if Tyra Banks was around she would say "Fierce!"

(Why she would even be around is beyond me)

Haha, So it is the time of year that I break out all my Rock/Pop Christmas songs.

Currently listening to My Chemical Romance version of "All I want for Xmas"

Speaking of what I want for christmas... that was really hard this year,
I still don't know what I want.
I'm sure my fam will figure it out.....
That is I hope so....lol.
Well I think this post has had absoulutly no point other then to show off my Dinosaur hat. Hmmmmm. I don't know how I feel about that.
*Side note* Banana, U are in no way like "she who will not be mentioned" lol. Ur always working, I never know when ur free, it was an impromtu shopping trip, but do not fret banana, we shall make a trip soon... sooner then u think.....

The snow reached inside of my heart and froze you out...

Sings* It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas...Dum de dum de dum...*
Snow has fallen and so the drudgery begins, shoveling my car out of a parking space is right around the corner I can feel it. Woe is me..
I went to the City with my friend Mar mar today, It was AweSome!
We had lunch at chipotle, shopping in Union square, I purchased my yearly trinity knot and went to Urban O's. That place was made to make me want everything I see... It's heart breaking walking out with nothing to show for it.
Oh, I also went to blick and got a Kickin new bag!
Ok I know what some of you are thinking...
"Really Delilah, Another bag..?"
What can I say I just loooove interesting bags, Some of them are like conversation pieces you walk around with, I have to say there are a few bags in my collection where people have been all for example:
*Enter scenario*
Stranger: "OMG, I love your bag, Where did you get it?"
Me: (stares down to see what bag they are talking about) "Oh, Thanks" (Smile)
Stranger: Where did you get it?!?!?
Me: Honestly, I don't remember. In the city some where I think.
Stranger: (now touching my bag) I have never seen anything like it.
Me: (Trying to find a way out of this awkward situation without being rude) Thanks, Uhh yeah. Me neither until I purchased it.(Smile)
Stranger: It's so cute. (Finally lets go of my bag)
Me: (As I begin to walk away)Thanks Again. (without waiting for a reply walks away quickly)
*End Scenario*
So yeah, It a diffrent reaction depending on the bag,
This scenario is more for my toki doki Le sports sac.
How did this post become about purses...?
Well anyway when I get a chance I will post a picture of my new one.
It's sooo prettiful.
Ta ta...
Side note* I will do my best to post some pics...^_^!

100 a.k.a Trivia shows own.

I'm sitting at home watching reruns of Jeopardy.
This show will forever remind me of my Grandmother, She would always put it on and say to my cousin and I "I'll give you a $1 for every answer that you get right."
Memories.
This is Blog post number 100.
I have to say I am proud considering that I never usually keep these things up but I find it a great outlet to express myself through the written word.
sometimes I find myself walking around and thinking "I should blog this" but then I keep doing whatever I was doing and then I forget what it was I wanted to blog.
It's a process...
Anyway!
My favorite time of the year is coming up!
Christmas!
Now its not because of presents, it because all my family gathers at my aunts house and for some reason I feel like I am closer to all of them on that day, and now we have the most recent addition to the family, Isabella.
I plan on making her another blanket, I know how many blankets does a child need.
But this is a cool project that I am really excited about it,
Its going to look like a Polaroid.
Its going to be sooo Rad!
Well thats all for now....bye
*Side Note* I have been watching Ninja movies lately and I think I want to be a Ninja now.
*Side Side Note* Don't Judge

Maybe, the world'll look like this forever

So November 3rd I had the pleasure of seeing Say Anything in concert..Again.
lol and as always they were Amazing!!
I got to Irving Plaza at like 1:30ish and I was the second person on the line.
Yay!
So I totally knew I was going to get a sweet spot in the front.. which I did!
So their were 2 opening bands and 2 main bands, the opening bands were pretty good my favorite was The Miniature Tigers. They were so good, surprising for an opening band. I love going to shows there is something to be said about the energy that is at a rock so, you feel so alive, like anything is possible!
But anyway I went to see The Flying Karamazov Brothers on the 7th and that show was sooo funny, I went with my lovely aunt and we both had a really good time.
It was a surprise when I saw my juggling teacher preforming, because I thought that he was no longer preforming with the show but it turns out I was wrong. ^_^

Speaking of juggling where is my poi, I can't find them anywhere.
I have to practice...
Today I painted my Very ugly Ice Skates and now they are even uglier, haha Just kidding
They are Beautiful now.
A work of moving art if you will.
I can't wait to show them off at the rink tomorrow morning.
For now I will have to just show them off here and all 3 of my readers can show the world
lol, I make myself giggle...
Here are the skates:
This is a picture of the inside of the skate,
aka the part of the skate that is next to the other skate.
So no one will really see this, its more for me. ^_^
This is the side of the skate that is visible to anyone who cares to look.

*Side note* I really don't have a side note today.

Jack of all Trades, Master at none

Today, lots of thoughts have been running through my head, too many…
Sometimes I think it’s better to be simple-minded at least that way you won’t know that you’re throwing your life away.
I guess that is what I have been feeling lately, I know no one can make me happy but me, it’s not as easy as it seems.
Time is holding me captive like it does everyone else.
Is my only choice to make the best of it or do I have the option to fight it kicking and screaming? It passes so quickly, I take a breath and a week has passed, I move my hand to my face and there goes a year.
Hmmm.
I picked up my computer and had all intentions of writing about music and the amazing effect it has upon ones soul, but it seems my mind had other things planned.
Let me try and steer you away from my depression introspective.
I find myself listening to Death Cab for Cutie more, my favorite song right now has to be "Passenger seat".
It’s slow and melodic but it captures my heart in a way that cannot be explained. Although I find the one song that encompasses how I feel is "the sound of Settling". It’s short but upbeat, you find yourself singing along with it.
Despite the upbeat tempo I feel like the song is attempting to give the listener a wakeup call by telling them that at one point the singer may have felt himself settling when he knew he could do so much more.
The line I love most is "My brains repeating, if you’ve got an impulse let it out."
It’s strange how writing this out makes the weight on my chest lighter. I think that is all I have to say for now. Sorry this was such a depressing post I’ll try to make the next post upbeat. ^_^
Here are some pictures that are lifting my spirits at the moment

Mama Mia.. Here we go again!

So I took a little trip to Pawling NY the other day for work.
It was an hour and a half drive there and I have to say that it was so beautiful over there.
The leaves were changing and it just happened to be a wonderful day!
I took some pics with my cell phone (I will share soon).
I wanted to head to the city last Monday to take a juggling class but I didn't get a chance because of work.
sadness.
Oh well but as of late I have started to make weekly trips to the Ice Skating Rink.
I really enjoy it, I would like to go with friend but some of them have phobias and are away...
These friends shall not be named....they know who they are.
Lol I love you guys anyway!
I find that I am becoming more and more confidant on the Ice, Mind you, I am in no way going to start flipping and swirling on the ice but I feel like I have come a really long way.
~Flashback~
For my 14Th Birthday I had an Ice Skating Party
(What else is there to do when your birthday is in the middle of winter)
It was time to go home and we were getting ready to go home,
When I got off the ice I slipped and fell and my skate turned my ankle in a very unnatural position following that there was a loud crack.
My Father insisting that I was fine said to walk on it.
Ha ha no way, Turns out that it was broken.
After that I swore off skating for a really long time.
That was until I went to Paris, it was winter and near Notre Dame they set up a outdoor rink.
After much convincing with things like "How many people can say they have been Skating in Paris" and "This is a once in a lifetime chance" I agreed and it was great.
~End Flashback~
Ah Memories, lol their not always pleasant but those are the things that make you, you...
OK I think I'm done with the whole memory lane thing or should I say memory lame... Badumpum.. ha ha bad joke..
I really hope you have stopped reading by now... Well anyway Later!
*Side note* I wish we had more Roller rinks in NY...Bummer
*Side notes Side note* My favorite Abba song has to be Super Trooper.
