My mind is open wide and now i'm ready to start...

I had a lovely day in the city with my mother today
We started on 12th street
and we walked downtown (of course stopping in shops along the way) to Broome street.
Our mission was simple, we were heading to Topshop to get my christmas present.
I had seen it on the website and fell in love with it.
Let me show you...
Knitted Lace Insert Jumper - Topshop USA

It was really love at first sight, haha I'm getting so romantic over a sweater.
But anyway we found it and we purchased!
I also dragged my mother into Lush, I'm working on converting her. ^_~

Oh, and as we were walking downtown I saw a cupcake cart and I bought us Mini cupcakes.
Only to see my favorite cupcake truck a few blocks later.
Sooo typical.
Anyway...

So after all the shopping and wandering that we did we went into my fave place for a bite to eat...
Chipotle!

Then we walked back to the car,
Where I realised we forgot to do something
I had wanted to stop at Union Square Park to check out the Holiday Fair that they have there every year.
Every year I buy a Trinity Knot something for myself.
They have a booth there that sells Celtic jewlery but alas it will have to wait.
I have until Xmas to get one.

Well this got me thinking of some of the things that I want to do....

So here is a short list of things that I want to do before the New year:

1. Go to Holiday Fair
2. Go on one of the Haunted walking tours in NY
link here--->
GhostofNY
3. Get back into skating... Slowly of course... I don't need to injure myself.... Again.
4. Go to the Aquarium
5. Celebrate my Birthday/New year with the people I care about.

*Side note* I went on a date last Friday, that was pretty Awesome.... ^_^

Yay for updates!

Finally got around to updating my blog,
When things are the same for too long I get tired of looking at it.
So right this very second I am listening to music and feeling inspired.

So inspired that I had a photoshoot today!
So like a week ago I made a hat with Dinosaur spikes and I got his Idea for a picture.

So out of all the ones that I took I picked my favorite and here it is....
Lol just looking at it makes me want to say RAWR!
and if Tyra Banks was around she would say "Fierce!"

(Why she would even be around is beyond me)

Haha, So it is the time of year that I break out all my Rock/Pop Christmas songs.

Currently listening to My Chemical Romance version of "All I want for Xmas"

Speaking of what I want for christmas... that was really hard this year,
I still don't know what I want.
I'm sure my fam will figure it out.....
That is I hope so....lol.
Well I think this post has had absoulutly no point other then to show off my Dinosaur hat. Hmmmmm. I don't know how I feel about that.
*Side note* Banana, U are in no way like "she who will not be mentioned" lol. Ur always working, I never know when ur free, it was an impromtu shopping trip, but do not fret banana, we shall make a trip soon... sooner then u think.....

Delilah, Diabolo's & Dubé...Oh My!

Today's Topic of Ye Olde Blog is Diabolo's!!
As many of you know I am major fan of Diabolos, I own 3 already, and I am currently in the process of acquiring 3 more...^_^. I know I have a problem....

My Collection currently consists of:

1. Blue Millennium
(This was the first Diabolo that I ever owned,
I have had it for about 3 years. Its been run thru the mill)

2. Glow in the Dark Millennium
(My second Diabolo purchase,
not as messed up as my blue milli but I love playing with it in the dark,
it looks soooo awesome)

3. Red Circus
(I bought this beauty in Berlin & I completely adore it, I have a great spin time with it.
It took some time to get used to at first due to the weight but I'm not bad on it)

I have just ordered 2 more diabolos that should be in December 10th. They are early Birthday presents to myself. I ordered a Orange Tornado and a White Sundia. I can not wait to get them... I have started to compulsively checking the tracking info to see how close They are.

I was also considering heading to Dubé today to see if I can get myself a Arlequino,
still a tentative thought, lets see how I feel later. ^_~

I would just like to take a moment for a small rant...
ahhemm.
Their is a serious lack of Juggling stores in NY/Westchester Area.
Its like all I have is Dubé and they don't have a Giant selection of Diabolos, and the store hours are not very flexible, they are closed on weekends and they aren't open very late.

I live in Westchester which alone is about 20-40 minutes from the city depending on traffic,
I usually get out of work at 5 so lets say I do go to the city and try to make it
before they close at 6.
I have to find parking which around there is nearly impossible.
Then if by some miracle I do find parking I have about 3 minutes to get from the car to the building then get upstairs and make my purchase, and if I remember correctly I have to sign in with a door man downstairs....
Do you see the problem..
All I have to say is thank god for the Internet.
*Side Note* My birthday is in 26 more days!!
