Pure heart, strange Eyes...

Let me tell you a story...
A fictional story that is...
There was once a girl who's heart was pure
but when you looked at her at first she was startling. Beautiful but also frightening
One eyes was green and the other blue, her skin was so pale she looked like a ghost.
Her hair was black with a blue hue she tried to hide the scars behind it.
She was burned at a child and was ashamed of the scars left behind on her pale cheek.
People where frightened by the scars and over time her pure heart began
to grow dark a dark shadow.
She didn't leave her house anymore and as time passed she became merely a scary story.
The Pale girl with the hideous scars ands strange eyes, What people didn't know is that she was in fact very much alive and not a legend.
That girl became a woman and she went out at night rather then the day, for fear of being shunned.
This was the reason no one ever saw her, she had been doing this for years.
One night she went out on her usual walk and she came across a man lying in the woods near where she lived. Upon closer inspection she realized that his leg was broken and he seemed to have passed out.
She gathered some long branches, took off her scarf and began to splint his leg.
While she was repositioning him he woke up and put his hand on hers.
She looked at him and found herself looking straight into his eyes but he fell back into the forest floor before he could say anything.
She finished splinting his leg and watched over him through the night, bringing him water as he slept.
When the man woke he found a bread and cheese sandwich with a bottle of water, next to him.
He looked around for the girl with the brilliant eyes but found no one.
To Be Continued.....

A busy girl takes a breath....

I have a feeling of peace surrounding me right now.
The baby show was today and I got my blanket finished in time.
I was really pleased with the end result, unfortunately I didn't get a picture of the finished blanket but I will eventually.
I am really excited for the baby.
Finally I will be apart of a new baby's life. I am happy.
I have a renewed sense of purpose and I think things will start working themselves out.
I'm starting to feel a thing that warms my heart and shoves out all the worries
I think its hope...

I see things that I did when I was like 16 years old and I think to myself wow...
I have changed... but yeah I just wanted to share that little tid bit.
It's almost 2 am and I should be sleeping, so I think I am going to do just that!

So like I totally can't spell... and now you know I'm Crazy

It's true, I always end up looking back at my blog post and think...
Do I really spell like that or is my blog just messing with my head...
Everyone in my house is asleep and here I am awake,
thinking about things that would be fun to do.
It's raining outside and I like the sound.
The sound of rain is one of the most comforting sounds to me.
It almost wraps itself around me and lets me know I am safe.
You know in yoga how they almost always tell you to go to that special place in you mind... or is that meditation.. Well what ever that's not the point.
The point is that I imagine that the place in my mind is a Plush green rain forest while it is raining... Lovely...
Looking back on what I just wrote I realized that I talk like this... Ha ha
My mind takes me place that even I wonder how I got there...
I remember one time in particular, my family and I went to Woodbury Commons, we were on our way back home and I was looking out the window (one of my favorite things to do) and I felt the uncontrollable urge to say something "I wish mermaids were real".
Everyone was silent for a second and then I got the normal what is wrong with you glare...
Even I was questioning myself, where did that come from. So I went back into my thoughts and found out how I got to that place.... It went a little something like this.....
I was looking out the car window at the ton of trees we were passing, as I was gazing I wondered what I would do If I saw a Unicorn run past. Then I started thinking about other mythical creatures and realized despite my ever hoping heart Mermaids weren't real and I wished they were... The End
I think all of the people who read this will think I'm crazy enough... I've done my part for the world.

It's not what this looks like....

So lately I have been super busy trying to get my life into gear.
All work and no play make Delilah...
Totally bored with her reality...
This is my plan for tomorrow...

(Example: Air in tires, Brakes work and so on and so forth)
2. Hula Hoop
3. Take an over Due book back to the Library...
4. Work on finishing Baby blanket..
5. Go to the Old Navy in Eastchester.
6. Try not to spend a lot of cash at the Old Navy in Eastchester.
7. Practice my Spanish.
8. Upload photo's on Flickr..
9. Go to camera shop in Tarrytown and get a few camera straps
10. Apply for Volunteer EMT Position..
and Number 11....( Drum Roll)
... Ehhhh Oh Wait, I dont have a numer 11...

Goodbye: The word you're wielding like a knife...

I totally feel like I am in overdrive lately...
with work and all these events coming up it's like
"Ok, take a moment and breathe"
Mother's Day is around the corner and I still have yet to get my mother anything...
My Aunt's Baby Shower is in a few weeks
and the Baby blanket I have been working on is still a ways off from being done...
I have to start turning in applications for EMT work.
Nix will be home June 5Th and I have to get her from the Airport.
I have to get medical coverage which I have been putting off.
I need to get a check up like for reals.
So I really need to take a few moments and just kinda get myself together.
So yeah..
a Happy note!
I got a hair cut!
I like it but my mom hates it.
So shes kinda been riding me about it,
but like really what would you like me to do
It's not like I can make my hair grow super fast just to appease her.
I am totally going to own it. I dig it and that is really all that matters in this situation.
I kinda feel like riding a bike tomorrow, but I dont think my bike is in good condition right now.
So I might just go rollerblading tomorrow insead.
When I was younger I used to rollerblade all the time,
but then my parents moved me to Westchester..
Which is mostly Hills....
Which sucks for rollerblading....well that is unless you have a death wish.
But in my recent travels,
I found this concreate trail where people ride bikes and run on
so I thought I might go there and embarass myself.
Lol.
This is going to be an adventure.....

OMG! Oh wait, I thought that was a ghost....

Let's see...
I'm at point in my life that everyone gets to.
It's that slow realisation that it's crunch time, Time is running out to decide what want to do when I grow up because guess what.... I am grown up.
People my age are just starting to start the chosen careers, and here I am being a total slacker.
So I think I going to start getting serious and start getting into my EMT work.
It's scary and exciting at the same time.
I feel like I need to brush up on all my skills.
So I'm going to start studying and practicing my skills.
Ok so moving on from that.... I totally got a hula hoop!
I went to Dube a week ago and got a Mini Diabolo and a hula hoop. It breaks down into 4 Peices so its super portable and the weather is getting really nice....In fact if I really wanted to I can go to the park and hula hoop. ^_^
Speaking of Diabolos...
One of my friends, one that will not be named (but her nickname sounds like danana) still has one of my Diabolos!!!
I would like it back one day missy...... hmm... hmmm.....
Well Ok I think thats really all I have to say right now..... Later!
Side note* My Grandfather's death day was yesterday, I love you Grandpa!
